Please contact us at (510) 346-1285 to see if your child is medically eligible to come to George Mark. A preliminary screening will be made by our Medical Director and more information will be requested of your child's medical team to assess eligibility for admission. Once notified of eligibility, our case manager will help you coordinate your stay at George Mark.
We encourage families to tour our home, when possible, prior to their first admission. Please contact our staff anytime to arrange a tour, discuss medical eligibility, our services or to begin the referral process at info@georgemark.org or (510) 346-1285.
